STATUS OF CLAIMS PAYMENTS
The vast majority of claimants with approved claims have been issued Initial Payments and Second Payments from the NECC National Settlement Fund. If you have an approved claim and have not received these payments, please call Tara Hamilton at 617-426-5900.
It is anticipated that there will be a third payment from the NECC National Settlement Fund (in smaller amounts than the Initial and Second Payments) but these may not be issued for 2-3 years. Therefore, it is necessary to keep your mailing address current by sending any address change to necc@casneredwards.com or:
